At the indicated time, we’ll meet at Grote Markt and, once everyone has arrived, begin our Antwerp food free tour. Are you ready to taste Belgian specialties?
During the tour, we’ll visit some of the most popular spots in the city center to sample its iconic foods. First, we’ll try Belgian fries, famous worldwide for their preparation technique: crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
After this savory stop, we’ll taste the recipe that best represents the sweetness of the city and the country: waffles. We’ll complement this treat with delicious artisanal Belgian chocolate.
To finish the gastronomic experience, we’ll enter a bar to toast with a Belgian beer. Did you know Belgian beer was declared an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2016?
At this final stop, we’ll say our goodbyes after a 1 hour 30 minute tour.
