Day Trip Details
At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Carrer de Martí i Franquès, 21, and leave Barcelona behind to begin a tour that you'll love from start to finish
We'll hop on board a bus that will take us directly to Montserrat, the most iconic mountain in Catalonia, and where one of Spain's most famous monasteries can be found. Once we've arrived, we'll take a guided tour of the complex to discover its history and legends. Did you know that it's here where the Holy Grail is said to be found?
During the visit to the Montserrat Abbey, we'll visit its different rooms, we'll see the image of the Virgin of Montserrat, and discover the secrets relating to the Nazis and Napoleon's troops that occurred here.
Afterwards, we'll return to the minibus to travel to Girona. Once we've arrived, we'll take a tour to discover this charming city, where Romans, Arabs and Jews have lived, paying attention to the contrasts.
We'll visit the medieval streets and visit its main attractions, such as the Santa María Cathedral, the Old Fisheries Bridge, designed by Gustav Eiffel, and the Jewish Quarter.
After exploring Girona, you'll have an hour of free time so that you can grab a bite to eat at a restaurant in the centre. After this, we'll leave the city behind and travel along the Costa Brava. To admire the beauty of the coastline, we'll stop off at one of its most famous towns, Tossa de Mar. Here, we'll go on a short guided tour of its picturesque historic center.
Finally, after a total of 11.5 hours together, we'll return to Barcelona and bring this tour to an end at Avenida Diagonal.
