The Berlin Big Bus hop-on hop-off bus will take you to the German capital's must-see highlights, letting you hop on and off at any stop along the way. The most comfortable way to explore the city!
Route and Stops
The Berlin Big Bus hop-on hop-off bus runs 2 different routes:
- Red Line: This 17-stop route through central Berlin takes 2 hours. It departs from Ku'Damm and stops at iconic landmarks such as Museum Island, the Brandenburg Gate, and the Reichstag.
- Blue Line: A 4-stop route through East Berlin. Over 40 minutes, it stops at key spots including Alexanderplatz and East Side Gallery.

Schedules and Frequencies
- Red Line: 10 am to 4 pm, every 20 to 30 minutes
- Blue Line: 10:15 am to 4:15 pm, every 60 minutes

Ticket Options
When booking, you can choose from the following ticket types:
- 24-hour ticket: Includes unlimited use of the Berlin Big Bus for 24 hours on the red route only.
- 48-hour ticket: Includes unlimited use of the Berlin Big Bus for 48 hours on both routes, a tasting of the classic German currywurst sausage, a walking tour of Berlin with an audioguide, and a souvenir.
- 24-hour ticket + boat trip: Includes unlimited use of the Berlin Big Bus for 24 hours on the red route and a boat trip along the Spree River.
- 48-hour ticket + boat trip: Includes everything in the 48-hour ticket plus the boat trip.
Boat Trip
The trip lasts 1 hour and departs from stop 2 on line 1 (Museum Island). The boat trip, which includes a live English and German-speaking guide, only operates between March and November.
Departure times: 11:15 am, 12:45 pm, 2:15 pm, 3:45 pm, and 5:15 pm (this last time slot is only available between March 29 and November 2).
Berlin Walking Tour
The Berlin walking tour (48-hour ticket only) is a 1-hour 15-minute route covering the history of the German capital, from the rise of the Third Reich and World War II to the Cold War and the fall of the Berlin Wall.
This activity includes an English audio guide and runs every day. It departs from the Brandenburg Gate (stop 13) and concludes at Checkpoint Charlie (stop 6). Departure times are as follows:

How Does It Work?
- Your bus ticket is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours from first use. During this time, you can hop on and off as many times as you like.
- For the option that includes the boat trip, the cruise can only be enjoyed once.
- The classic German currywurst sausage (48-hour ticket only) is available Monday to Sunday at Curry Wolf locations on Rankestrasse 36 (stop 1) and Unter den Linden (stops 12 and 13).
- The souvenir (48-hour ticket only) can be collected near bus stops 2 and 17.
