Learn how to prepare meat empanadas and other specialties of Argentinian gastronomy with this cooking class in Buenos Aires. What a treat!
Argentinian Cooking Class
We'll meet at La Pachamama, which in Quechua means 'Mother Earth'. This central Buenos Aires venue is located on Calle Teniente Benjamín Matienzo in the Las Cañitas district, in the heart of the Palermo neighborhood.
There, we'll start the gastronomic experience off with a bang by sharing a picada that includes traditional preserves and homemade breads, while we learn various curiosities about the history of Argentinian cuisine.
Next, we'll cook a five-step Argentinian menu. After preparing the dishes, we'll all sit at the table to taste these mouthwatering Argentine specialties. Of course, we'll also taste a selection of wines.
We'll conclude this rich food experience 3 hours later.
