At the indicated time, we'll meet next to the May Pyramid, inside the historic Plaza de Mayo, to begin our Eva Perón tour of Buenos Aires. At this iconic spot, the political leader delivered some of her most memorable speeches.
From there, we'll walk along Avenida de Mayo and Avenida 9 de Julio, two of the most important arteries of the Argentine capital, until we reach the former Ministry of Public Works. Outside, you'll see the imposing metal statue of Evita, a symbol of her legacy and her fight for workers' rights. We'll also reveal the symbolism behind it!
The tour will continue in the Palermo neighbourhood, where we'll enter the Evita Museum. We'll take a 1-hour guided tour, in which we'll explore the objects, documents and testimonies that narrate the life and legacy of this influential figure. What was her childhood like? What impact did she have on Argentine politics? We'll find out during the tour!
