Are you ready to journey back to the 13th century to discover the Romanesque origin of the Co-cathedral of Saint Mary? Located in the heart of Cáceres, over time, it was destroyed, and a new church was erected in the late Gothic style between the 16th and 17th centuries. Later, Renaissance elements were added, which you can see in the tower designed by Pedro Ybarra and in the choir made by Pedro Marquina in the mid-16th century.
