Join us to explore Rio Grande do Sul's links with Italy on this wine tour through Vale dos Vinhedos. We'll visit several wineries with tasting included while learning the history of Italian immigration during the 19th century.
Vale dos Vinhedos Wine Tour
We'll pick you up from your chosen meeting point and set off on a wine tour through the Vale dos Vinhedos region. A landscape full of vineyards awaits!
Our first stop is Miolo winery, one of the most respected names in Brazilian oenology, producing over 10 million liters of wine per year. We'll take a guided tour of the facilities to discover how they produce their wines and learn about the Italian family behind the business.
We'll also enjoy a tasting of 5 different varieties, paired with grissini, and learn how to identify the nuances of the wines produced in the Vale dos Vinhedos.
We'll then continue to Cave do Sol, a wine shop where sophistication comes to life through a unique atmosphere in the heart of the Vale dos Vinhedos. Its architecture and local art make it a truly special stop. Here, we'll taste 6 specially selected wines.
Next, we'll stop at a cacao shop, a perfect moment to discover the culture, history, and passion behind these award-winning treats and understand why this brand has become synonymous with fine gastronomy in the Vale.
Halfway through the day, we'll take a break at a local restaurant where you can have lunch at your own expense.
Our final stop will be at Garibaldi winery, the most decorated cooperative in Brazil, where we'll continue exploring why the wines of the Vale dos Vinhedos are so highly regarded. We'll visit the vineyards and taste 4 of their excellent wines and a grape juice.
We'll wrap up the tour back at the starting point 11 hours after pickup.
