Get ready for a memorable adventure after gathering at the parking lot of Llerado Street in Cangas de Onis. Hop aboard our small-group vehicle as we embark on a journey to discover the breathtaking beauty of the Picos de Europa National Park.

For 3.5 captivating hours, we'll have a blast exploring the stunning Covadonga, Enol, and Ercina lakes nestled between high mountain peaks at an altitude of 1100 meters. As we share fascinating insights into the formation of these landscapes, you'll have ample opportunities to soak in the magnificent surroundings and capture remarkable photos with the lakes as your backdrop. Our route will mainly focus on enjoying the nature and landscapes of this natural environment.

Next, we'll venture to Vega de Enol, the birthplace of the renowned Gamoneu cheese. Here, we'll learn about the relationship between extensive livestock farming and mountain ecosystems. This is where the shepherds make this exquisite cheese, a real delight!

Our journey continues with a stop at the Mirador de la Reina, where we'll be treated to awe-inspiring views. Equipped with binoculars and telescopes, we'll have the chance to observe majestic birds of prey, including vultures, golden eagles, and bearded vultures. Discover the fascinating reintroduction project dedicated to the bearded vultures and uncover the intriguing story behind their formidable name.

Throughout the tour, we'll also delve into the lives of other captivating creatures that call the park home, such as bears, wolves, and chamois. As our adventure nears its end, we'll return you to the meeting point, bidding farewell and leaving you with cherished memories of this unforgettable experience.

If you'd like to participate in this activity with your pet, they're more than welcome. Please keep in mind all dogs must wear muzzles during the activity. Large dogs are also welcome and will require a an extra ticket for admission.
