Firstly, we'll explain the history of Charlottetown and learn how the large fishing industry greatly influenced the traditional recipes in this area. To start with, we'll try a creamy seafood soup.
With this great taste in our mouths, we'll walk around Confederation Landing and Peake's Wharf to get to our next stop, where we'll enjoy some fresh oysters.
From here we'll head to the old town of Charlottetown, where we'll see Saint Dunstan's Basilica, Province House and The Confederation Centre of the Arts.
