Una decepción, muy mala organización. Recogida tardía en el punto de encuentro con 15 mints de retraso. En mi opinión no se debe juntar grupo de habla hispana con inglesa ya que obliga a retrasar la actividad y ni tiempo para comer ni conocer. El guía y el conductor perfecto.

A disappointment, very poor organization. The pickup was 15 minutes late at the meeting point. In my opinion, Spanish-speaking and English-speaking groups shouldn't be combined, as it forces delays to the activity and leaves no time for lunch or sightseeing. The guide and driver were perfect.

If you book this excursion, Atlantico which is the local provider will not take you to Anaga, which is the most beautiful part because of its scenary and landscape Instead, we were brought to La Esperanza to be shown some trees in a small forest, which is totally uninteresting. Santa Cruz is not really nce and La laguna is just a bit better . If we had been informed that Anaga is not part of this excursion, we would have cancelled it. Very disappointed of having been cheated down.

La última parte de la descripción no se realizó tal y como se describe. No se mencionó lo de Anaga, quizás solo se hizo una breve visita a un bosque, el principio, pero ni miradores ni nada. Tuvimos q cambiar de bus, la megafonía del bus era mala y ni se entendía. El guía tenía q hablar en 3 idiomas y cuando hablaba los pasajeros de otros idiomas tb hablaban. Un verdadero lío para mí y mi familia.

The last part of the description didn't go as planned. There was no mention of Anaga; perhaps there was only a brief visit to a forest at the beginning, but no viewpoints or anything like that. We had to change buses because the bus's PA system was terrible and unintelligible. The guide had to speak three languages, and when he spoke, the passengers speaking other languages also chimed in. It was a real mess for me and my family.

L'excursion est beaucoup trop longue en terme de trajet pour l'intérêt des visites. 30 min de temps libre dans le marché inintéressant, le temps libre de 2h à la Laguna qui est finalement trop long. Et le passage éclair à Anaga où nous n'avons absolument rien vu. Une journée bien triste en souvenir. Dommage !

The excursion was far too long in terms of travel time for the value of the visits. La recogida en el Hotel Ole Tropical un desastre Montones de autocares sin identificar y turistas. Por lo.que salimos tarde de 8.10 a 8. 30 . Y con la angustia que ocasiona el no saber si se encontraba alli o habia marchado No nos localizaba guia Seria una gran ayuda en tener señalizados l9s autocares. Puesto que el número solo nos ayuda durante no en las recogidas Con lo.sencillo que seria poner el circuito a recoger por las distintas agencias.
