O hotel poderia ter sido melhor. Não entendi porquê o trecho de trem não saiu e voltou para cusco, pois pegar o trem em olantaitambo é muito cansativo. O guia foi excelente. Por várias vezes eu solicitei informações sobre os horários mas só fui atendido 2 dias antes do embarque.

Podría haber sido excelente. Pero el trayecto de Ollantaytambo a Cusco es un INFIERNO. Aún no entendemos porque las agencias no ofrecen la opción de embarcar y desembarcar en la estación San Pedro. Sin duda es más seguro y cómodo viajar en tren que en una van o un auto. Es un dolor de cabeza el viaje. Las carreteras en la zona de las localidades son peligrosas, llenas de hoyos y rodados de piedras en algunos tramos. Los autos son antiguos, incómodos, sueltos, y malos amortiguadores. Fue una buena experiencia y el equipo fue fenomenal. El único que no ha ido bien es que nadie me estaba esperando en la estación de Aguas Calientes. Como viajaba con otro cliente Mario, si vi su nombre en un cartel de una persona del hotel Ferre y fue con ellos. Mi nombre no estaba y felizmente si me estaban esperando pero por la tarde a las 17:00. Podia ser peor si no vi el nombre de Mario. As I was traveling with another client Mario, I did see his name on a sign from someone at the Ferre hotel and he went with them. My name was not there and happily they were waiting for me but in the afternoon at 5:00 p.m. It could be worse if I didn't see Mario's name. El tour de dos días fue de uno solo por un par de transportes en Cusco asi que estuvimos a las corridas. No pudimos hacer el trekking en la montaña pero nos devolvieron el dinero. El guía es excelente sacando las mejores fotos porque, de hecho, es fotógrafo, pero los datos que nos proporcionó no eran muy correctos.
