At the appointed time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Dakhla in an off-roading vehicle to begin this route through the heart of the Sahara Desert. Let the adventure begin!
We'll travel south for approximately 1.5 hours until we reach the Imlili Desert. This location, completely off the beaten track, is home to a series of natural saltwater pools in the middle of the sand. The most curious thing is that they are inhabited by small fish that will give you a natural pedicure when you dip your feet in.
After exploring the area and admiring its geological formations, we'll begin our return to Dakhla, but we'll make more stops along the way. We'll visit Plage de Portorico, a pristine Atlantic beach with fine sand and endless views. There, you can relax, take a walk, and marvel at the immensity of this coastal enclave. A secret paradise!
We'll continue our private tour to the picturesque village of Al Argoub, a place that preserves the traditional desert lifestyle. Here, you'll have the option of enjoying a picnic lunch with the food you have brought with you or trying, at your own expense, a delicious kabsa, a typical dish made with rice and camel meat.
Next, we'll stop at the famous Panneau de Distance des Pays Africains, a sign covered with markers indicating the distances from Dakhla to various African capitals. It's the perfect spot for a fun photo that's sure to be a hit on social media!
Finally, we'll return to Dakhla and say goodbye at your hotel after a 7-hour experience.
