Sería recomendable que Civitatis informase de que con el bono impreso no se accede directamente al barco, sino que es necesario canjearlo por los tickets que se recogen en el mostrador junto al embarcadero. Nosotros llegamos con tiempo suficiente, y cuando llegó el momento de embarcar nos encontramos con este problema, que nos obligó a subirnos los últimos en el barco, y ocupar los peores sitios, después de haber estado un buen rato haciendo cola. Es un paseo en barco y se ve dusseldorf desde el Rin. No es impresionante y se puede hacer a pie lo más importante. El barco (fuimos en el grande) si es impresionante con dos pistas de baile(aunque tienen salidas muy limitadas como discoteca). El trayecto es muy corto. Debería haber alguna opción en otros idiomas ya que sólo hay audio guía en inglés y alemán. Debería explicarse también que hay que acudir al puesto para que te impriman un tiket ya que si llevas sólo el bono en el móvil no les vale.

La Verdad que no ha sido nuestra mejor experiencia con civitatis, llevamos muchas con vosotros, esta vez, el recorrido no estuvo mal, pero la actividad era en inglés, no tenemos problema con eso, pero decía que sería audio guiado, no fue así, solo un pequeño altavoz para todo el barco. No nos enteramos de nada. Fue una pena
