Serena è stata una guida preparata e briosa, sicuramente amante della città di Edimburgo. Purtroppo ha passato parte del tempo a sponsorizzare gli altri tour che la sua agenzia erogava, con tanto di codice sconto personale. Poco piacevole aver indicato il costo indicativo di 20£ a testa. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza piacevole.

Serena was a knowledgeable and lively guide, certainly a lover of Edinburgh. Unfortunately, she spent part of her time promoting other tours her agency offered, even using a personal discount code. It was unfortunate that she listed the approximate cost of £20 per person. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Non è il primo tour che faccio con Civitatis e ho trovato le guide sempre molto competenti e coinvolgenti, quindi un plauso. L'unico punto che mi sento di evidenziare è che forse è il caso di non promuovere più le visite come gratuite poichè ormai le guide chiedono un'offerta minima che non è simbolica ma in linea con le tariffe di altre associazioni che offrono il medesimo servizio con tanto di spiegazioni e motivazioni per giustificare la richiesta. Our walking tour of Edinburgh was an absolute highlight of our trip! Jen was our guide, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. She included everyone in the group, and shared some great stories about Edinburgh's past that really brought the city's history to life. We learned so much, and we honestly wouldn't have seen half of the things we did or known their significance had we explored on our own using a guidebook or the internet. Highly recommend!
