O passeio foi excelente, pegamos sem transfer, pois estávamos de carro alugado, fomos orientados pela empresa do passeio como chegar no porto e deu tudo certo. Foi um passeio de dia todo, onde fizemos duas trilhas para conhecer duas cachoeiras lindas e depois paramos no Perito Moreno para conhecer as passarelas. The tour was excellent, we didn't take a transfer since we were in a rented car, the tour company guided us on how to get to the port and everything went well. It was a full-day tour, where we did two trails to see two beautiful waterfalls and then stopped at Perito Moreno to see the walkways. For the price paid the experience is pretty flat. First stop nothing exceptional. Second stop with hiking more interesting however difficult to perform in group with everybody (obviously) trying to stop to make pictures. Tour of the glaciar by boat short and not a big highlight. Audio in the boat not adequate for a good listening of a big group and not enriched with interesting details. For the big part of the boat tour, you cannot really go outside otherwise you will get wet.

The tour was excellent. I would add one caveat: you should make more clear the exact name of the tour and exact departure time of he boat. We were told to meet at the dock at 9:00, and we got there early, but when we tried to board, they said we were not listed. They finally figured out that we were on the 9:30 tour. If you had emphasized that the tour name was important, it would have avoided some stressful moments.

El servicio bueno, solamente que el chofer que nos recogió fue muy muy grosero, desde que llegó con mala cara por qué según esto nos recogían a las 7:50 am siendo que desde un principio la empresa nos había dicho que a las 8 am y ellos se lavan las manos diciendo que la empresa que es la que realmente da el servicio es la que debería haber avisado, siendo que el proveedor es la que se comunicó con nosotros.
