Acitiviy was good, but organization from the civitatis side was not quite good to the very end. The information was not given correctly. There was a problem with the transport back, we came at 5 pm and car was at 8 pm. We did not know that lunch will be given in the office for 2 days. So it will be better to give the whole information on the email with some contacts to be in touch. Thanks

As indicated in the itinerary on the website, arrival in El Chaltén is scheduled for 5:00 p.m., and from there, minibus transfer to El Calafate, with estimated arrival around 8:30 p.m. Therefore, the transfer schedule was adjusted as reported in the programme. However, we apologise if the information about waiting times was not clear enough and we will take your comment into account to improve our pre-service communications. Agency was well coordinated with the different personnels involved. My driver who picked and dropped me off to and fro from El Calafate to El Chalten was polite and amazing guy. Loved the dinner at the campsite. Spacious tents and comfortable sleeping bags at the campsite. The trail is marked for most part. But make sure you have the route with you that you cabpickup from the office at Calafate. Nice lunch sandwiches and snack assortments provided.
