Immerse yourself in the history of this fascinating melting pot of cultures on our Foz do Iguaçu Tour. We'll explore this diverse city's most symbolic monuments and discover all the charms it has to offer.
We'll come and pick you up from your hotel and start our tour of Foz do Iguaçu. Best known for the lush vegetation of the Iguazú National Park, where the famous waterfalls are located, Foz do Iguaçu is also a city full of charm, a fusion of cultures and lots to discover.
Our tour will begin with the Omar Ibn Al-Khattab Mosque, which was built in 1983. Here, we'll learn all about the history of the arrival of numerous immigrants in this Brazilian city. After learning about this Muslim building, we'll head to the Kapadokya shop to browse the products sold by members of Foz do Iguaçu's Arab communities.
Next, make our way to the Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe Cathedral. This building is an iconic symbol of the city and has an important location that we'll discuss during our visit.
Afterwards, we'll head to the Buddhist Temple, a spectacular building surrounded by golden statues. The most striking of these is the great smiling Buddha, who welcomes those who come here to pray. This spot also emanates a sense of peace and tranquillity that leaves visitors in awe.
Final stop? The Barrageiro Public Market, where we'll discover one of the most authentic spots in Foz de Iguazú. With 4700 metres squared and over 50 stalls, this is the meeting point between locals and visitors. Here, we'll stroll through its passageways, passing by a great variety of artisanal and food stands.
Finally, after 4 hours we'll then take you back to your hotel and drop you off.
