We'll meet at the indicated time on Rúa Manuel Murguía in Foz, where we’ll provide you with all the kayaking equipment and give you a brief safety and paddling briefing so you can enjoy the experience to the fullest.
Once we’re ready, we’ll head out onto the water to begin our 2-hour tour of the Foz estuary. We’ll paddle along the coastline on the side facing the town of Barreiros, exploring a protected natural environment of great beauty.
Aboard the kayaks, we’ll set course for Fondás Beach and its surrounding marshes. This area stands out as an ideal natural refuge for local wildlife; in fact, if we keep our eyes peeled, we’ll be able to spot various species of birds that live or rest in the estuary, such as the majestic curlew, the great blue heron, spoonbills, and many others!
After enjoying the paddle and wildlife watching in a setting where you can completely unwind, we’ll turn around to head back and conclude the activity at the starting point.
