We'll pick you up from your hotel in Gramado at the indicated time. Once we're ready, we'll head to Canela to enjoy a delicious fondue and the fascinating lit-up Cathedral of Stone. Ready? Let's go!
First, we'll head to the Cathedral of Stone, where we'll enjoy the beautiful illumination on the façade of the temple. You'll be delighted to admire how the lights enhance the details of the pointed arches and the imposing tower. Here, you'll have 15 minutes of free time to explore the surroundings, immerse yourself in Canela's nightlife, and take photos.
To wrap up the experience on a high note, we'll go to the Joaquin restaurant, an establishment where the most delicious gastronomic experience awaits us. Are your taste buds ready to enjoy an exquisite dinner?
Upon arrival, we'll be welcomed by a warm and elegant atmosphere, ideal for savouring the Swiss speciality of fondue with a Brazilian twist. We'll start with the classic Gruyère and Cobo cheese fondue served with bread, sweet potatoes, guava paste (goiabada), carrots, broccoli, fried polenta, and Calabrian chorizo.
Afterwards, we'll move on to the meat fondue, which includes beef round, chicken, pork tenderloin, and Calabrian chorizo, served with 14 different sauces. Of course, we'll end the dinner with a milk chocolate fondue, where you can dip seasonal fruits and marshmallows.
Finally, after 1.5 hours of feasting, we'll start our return journey to Gramado. We'll say our goodbyes back at your hotel after a total of 5 hours.
