Tour Options
During the booking process, you can choose between one of the following options to enjoy the sailing trip around Hamburg, depending on the places you would like to see and the duration of the trip. Both options depart from the City Sporthafen Hamburg e.V. harbor at the indicated time.
Here are the details of each:
2-Hour Sailing Trip
Once everyone is on board, we'll start the sailing trip through the waters of the city's harbor. During the cruise, you'll enjoy views of some of Hamburg's most emblematic sights, such as the International Maritime Museum and St. Catherine's Church.
Throughout the trip, you'll also see the Elbe Philharmonic building, Hamburg's famous concert hall. With its undulating glass design, this architectural masterpiece is one of the largest and most acoustically advanced concert halls in the world, and you will love the view from the sailing boat!
In addition, we'll pass the famous Hamburg red brick warehouses, designed by the artist Michael Batz, which offer a unique spectacle when their reflections are seen on the surface of the water.
Finally, after 2 hours of sightseeing, we'll bid farewell at the starting point.
4-Hour Sailing Trip
If you have more time in the city, upgrade your experience with this 4-hour sailing trip. This option follows the same itinerary as the previous one for the first 2 hours.
After this time, we'll sail to Blankenese, a residential district known for its grand villas, Art Nouveau buildings and beautiful houses with gardens and views of the river Elbe.
