We'll meet at the indicated time at Hacienda La Caravedo, where we'll welcome you with a pisco sour! What better way to start this experience?
Then, an experienced chef will explain the dishes that'll be prepared and give a demonstration of Peruvian cuisine. You'll see how some of the most traditional Peruvian recipes are prepared and learn the secrets of their gastronomy.
Afterwards, we'll visit the La Caravedo distillery and tour its facilities. Did you know that it's the oldest active distillery in the American continent? The tour will conclude with a tasting of 5 piscos to whet your appetite!
To put the finishing touch on the culinary experience, we'll go to the restaurant to taste the delicious typical dishes that were prepared by the chef. Lunch or dinner, depending on the selected time, will consist of a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a drink.
But it doesn't end there! Finally, we'll witness an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses, where we'll be delighted with the graceful movements of this native breed.
The gastronomic experience will come to an end after 4.5 hours.
