At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Sítio Cultural Museu da Estância, a rural farm in Mampituba dedicated to gaucho culture.
Once we arrive at the estancia, we'll enjoy a delicious dinner consisting of a typical costelão - an exquisite dish which can take 12 hours to prepare. Thankfully, we won't have to wait that long, as the food will be ready by the time we get to the farm.
After dinner, we'll get to listen to some folk tales from the Mampituba tradition before enjoying fantastic live traditional gaucho music. The museum staff will play an array of regional instruments, allowing us to dance to a unique performance.
Those who wish may also independently visit the Cultural Site Museum of Estância. Its exhibition houses numerous antique items from Mampituba related to the customs and traditions of the local community.
Finally, after an evening lasting between 3 to 4 hours, we'll conclude this activity.
