At the scheduled time, we will meet at the entrance of the Domaine Bousquet winery, a place that specializes in creating wines that combine tradition with techniques that are more environmentally friendly.
Once everyone has arrived, we will begin this tour by learning about the cultivation philosophy followed at Domaine Bousquet, which stands out for its respect for nature while following the ancestral traditions that have made Mendoza one of the major wine-producing regions in Argentina.
First, we will walk through the winery’s garden, where we will explain the sustainable and regenerative practices applied during cultivation. You will dive into the world of biodynamic, regenerative, and sustainable agriculture!
Next, we will visit the vineyards of Domaine Bousquet, an ideal tour to learn about the care applied by the workers to both the soil and water, which shape the growth and quality of the grapes. Here you will see how natural balance and land stewardship are essential to producing high-quality harvests.
To finish, we will explain the wine-making process and, as the final touch, we will head to the tasting room to try 5 Domaine Bousquet wines: 2 glasses from the Gaia line, 1 glass from the Reserva line, and 2 glasses from the Gran Bousquet line.
