Cuando acabamos la excursión de everglades nadie nos estaba esperando para dar los otros tiquets y el guía no tenía ni idea. Cuando fuimos al embarcadero el personal fue muy amable y llamaron a quien fuese para validar los tiquets pero fue lioso y poco claro.

When we finished the Everglades tour, no one was waiting to give us the other tickets, and the guide had no idea what was going on. When we went to the dock, the staff was very friendly and called over whoever was needed to validate the tickets, but it was confusing and unclear.

Nos engañaron respecto a la excursión a los Everglades, dijeron que era en español y fué mentira. Incluso no nos indicaron a la vuelta dónde nos debíamos bajar para hacer la excursión de los famosos, por lo que tuvimos que coger un Uber para ir desde donde nos dejaron y pagar 25$ para ir a coger el barco.

Mal organizado, el guia no estuvo suficientemente pendiente de nosotros al llegar al parque natural, aunque sus inscripciones fueron concisas no nos acompañó hacía el sitio dónde se teníamos que hacer la cola. Y todo el mundo estaba un poco perdido. Por otro lado habíamos quedado a las 13:50 horas para la vuelta a los hoteles y a las 13:35 fue a buscarnos a una zona dónde estábamos tomando un aperitivo tranquilamente con muy malos modales aunque todavía faltaban 15 minutos para la hora concertad

Los guías no cuentan mucho y no se les entiende, no se esfuerzan mucho, me gustó mucho más como contaba la visita el conductor del hidrodeslizador, a pesar de ser en inglés y no entender mucho, yo cogí la visita en español y hablaron más en inglés que en español, los everglades es que tengas suerte, nosotros vimos 3 cocodrilos, el show no me gustó

La chica que nos ha atendido Ari ha sido muy maleducada y grosera. El autobús no tiene wifi y cuando acaba el tour de Everglade, te dejan 2h sin nada que hacer ahí. Menos mal que el conductor era muy amable y los guías también. La visita de las casas está ok.

El guía del autobús Daniel,es un hombre majo.Hablaba castellano e inglés.Ha sido puntual y muy profesional. En los Evergleid el guía majo pero,ha hablado inglés en toda la visita aún sabiendo castellano perfectamente ,entiendo que es por política de empresa.Pregunte a civitatis si los guías eran en castellano y en inglés y me dijeron que sí,que a parte de saber estas dos lenguas sabias muchas más….pues bien…un poco chasco porque a penas nos hemos enterado de todo lo que contó.

The bus guide Daniel is a nice man. He spoke Spanish and English. He was punctual and very professional. In the Everglades the guide was nice but he spoke English throughout the visit even though he knew Spanish perfectly. I understand that this is due to company policy. I asked Civitatis if the guides were in Spanish and English and they told me yes, that apart from knowing these two languages you knew many more... well... a bit of a disappointment because we barely understood everything he told us.

Juan, el conductor, un encanto de persona. Tanto Everglades como el crucero valen la pena. Pasas un dia agradable e interesante. A mejorar: En Evergladeshicieron esperar mucho para hacer el paseo en aerodealizador por lo que acabamos 1h más tarde de lo previsto. Sin comer y casi no llegamos al crucero. Entiendo que esto no es problema de la agencia y más de la organización en Everglades. En el crucero nos hicieron una foto y nos hacían pagarla cuando se indicaba que había una foto incluida.

La excursión a everglades me ha defraudado bastante. Llegas allí y te dan un mini paseo en barco por unos humedales que no ves nada salvo dos cocodrilos. Luego un “show” donde te enseñan un cocodrilo y dos serpientes. Ah! Te puedes hacer una foto con un cocodrilo pequeño previo Payo de 3$. El servicio de transporte muy bueno y los guías . Everglades me decepcionó, la organización regular, el entorno descuidado, el guía del hidrodeslizador bastante flojo, habló hasta aburrirnos, y donde había más caimanes, pasó rápido porque tenía prisa por volver. Hay mejores zonas y recorridos. El paseo en barco bien e interesante, pero apenas había sombra y solo nos dejaron subir cuando el barco estaba medio lleno sin apenas sitio para sentarse.

Eché de menos que en la descripción del lugar de recogida ( Bubba Gump) no detallaran exactamente el sitio donde se iba a parar el autobus para la recogida. Por otra parte, el idioma indicaba español y el conductor /guia que nos llevó a Everglades habló siempre en inglés, si bien me contestó en español cuando le pregunté dudas.

la visita a los everglades se nos hizo aburrida porque la visita fue integramente en ingles y no nos enteramos de mucho. Recomiendo llevar tus propios auriculares ya que los del autobus no se oian muy bien. El viaje en barco estuvo bien, la animadora majisima y hablaba en español

Mucha propaganda, muchas promesas de cosas por ver y pobre resultado. Un largo trayecto en bus (afortunadamente muy cómodo) y atención excelente. Hasta allí lo bueno. El viaje en el bote deslizador es muy aburrido. Solo vimos un pequeño lagarto. El show de cocodrilos consiste en 3 cocodrilos amaestrados. En la tienda de recuerdos las lineas son interminables. Fui a pagar un helado. Luego de 15 minutos me dijeron que estaba en la linea equivocada. ¡Desastroso!

Todo perfecto. Salvo que el conductor del autobús no hablaba bien ni el español ni el ingles. Costaba entenderle. En los Everglades todo es en inglés, así que para la gente que no sepa, de poco se van a enterar. Y durante el paseo solo vimos dos caimanes. Todo lo demás perfecto. El paseo en barco muy bien tambien. Lo malo, hay que llevarse la comida y comerla en el bus. Y sino comprar un Hot dog en el barco como hicimos nosotros.
