Te recomiendo sacar por tu cuenta los pasajes hacia las islas, porque esta excursión no incluye más que eso. Lo peor es que no cumplieron con los tiempos pactados, en Vulcano debíamos tener 2:30 horas y sin ninguna explicación anunciaron que solo tendríamos 90 min, por lo que no pude subir al volcán. Ademas te quitan tiempo mostrando las islas desde la costa con una explicación que no se entiende mucho por la saturación de los parlantes, tiempo que encima me restaron de la visita a la isla.

I recommend booking your own flights to the islands, as this tour doesn't include much else. The worst part is that they didn't stick to the agreed-upon schedule. We were supposed to have 2.5 hours at Vulcano, but without any explanation, they announced we'd only have 90 minutes, so I couldn't climb the volcano. They also waste time showing the islands from the shore with an explanation that's hard to understand due to the loudspeakers, time that was also taken away from my island visit.

La verdad q para empezar la hora de salida de civitatis es 8.45 y te piden que estés 45min antes en punto de encuentro que es una agencia mediadora que te da los billetes y …sorpresa la salida es 9.30 por tanto madrugón para esperar en el puerto q no estaba ni abierto. La traducción escasa, todo en italiano y traducían tres frases al inglés así que al menos mejorar eso. Y no había en el ferry sitio para todos sentados cosa que es de reseñar para lo que cuesta. Lo demás bien, te llevan a las isla

The truth is that to start with the Civitatis departure time is 8.45 and they ask you to be 45 minutes before at the meeting point, which is a mediating agency that gives you the tickets and…surprise, the departure is 9.30 so you have to get up early to wait at the port which wasn't even open. I found the activity to be a bit bland: They ask you to be punctual upon arrival and they have you waiting 45 minutes on a boat in the sun. You can't hear the comments from the boat's speakers. La experiencia fue perfecta! Los barcos puntuales y el servicio muy agradable. Por poner una pega, creo que éramos muchas personas, por lo que dificultaba la escucha de las explicaciones (que hacían perfectamente en italiano, inglés, francés y alemán), por lo que se pierde un poco la parte didáctica. Con l'agenzia ci siamo trovati molto bene. Puntuali con gli orari e dettagliati nelle spiegazioni. Unica pecca: nel tour era previsto anche l'aperitivo (malvasia e biscottini tipici) lungo il tragitto tra vulcano e Lipari che però non c'è stato. Pecca perdonata in quanto l'equipaggio durante il viaggio ha avvistato un capodoglio e ha rallentato per farcelo ammirare e in più durante il viaggio di ritorno ha fatto un giro panoramico tra le isole (faraglioni ecc.)

No cumplió con nuestras expectativas, ya que otras excursiones que hemos contratado por todo el mundo con Civitatis nos han resultado satisfactorias. En este caso se limitan a trasladarte de Milazzo a Lípari y de allí a Vulcano y regreso. Salimos 1h y 20 min más tarde en un barco masificado, sin asientos para todos. Trayecto de hora y media y estancia de 2h y media en Lípari y 1h 45min en Vulcano. Como ejemplo, el Ferry cuesta la mitad y hace el mismo trayecto, estando más tiempo en las islas.

It did not meet our expectations, since other excursions that we have booked around the world with Civitatis have been satisfactory. In this case they limit themselves to taking you from Milazzo to Lipari and from there to Vulcano and back. We left 1 hour and 20 minutes later on a crowded boat, without seats for everyone. Journey of an hour and a half and a stay of 2 hours and a half in Lípari and 1 hour 45 minutes in Vulcano. As an example, the Ferry costs half and makes the same journey, spending more time on the islands.
