At the appointed time, we'll meet at the entrance of the Podere Gagliassi winery. Are you ready for this tasting tour? You will taste one of the most prestigious wines in Italy!
The tour will begin with a stroll through the vineyards of Podere Gagliassi, where we’ll learn about the unique terroir of the region and how factors like climate, soil, and organic practices shape the exceptional quality of Barolo. Spanning 19 hectares (2.4 acres), this winery is dedicated to producing wines that truly reflect the authenticity and spirit of the Langhe.
Afterward, we'll enter the subway cellar, a space where tradition meets innovation. Here, we'll discover how Barolo is made through a meticulous winemaking process and barrel aging that brings complexity and character to each vintage.
