Pese a que hubo un pequeño percance, y a la empresa no le salto mi reserva y estuve esperan más de media hora a que vinieran a recogerme al hotel, pero que tras un par de llamadas se solucionó y vinieron a recogerme, el paseo agradable, con música. No tuvimos la suerte de ver ningún delfín, pero el capitán lo intentó bastante yendo a varias zonas, es lo que tiene la naturaleza, a veces se ven y otras no. Nos dejaron un rato de baño en una cala muy bonita, y la comida del picnic estaba buena. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque la guía no hablaba español. Daba las instrucciones en inglés y en alemán. No vimos cetáceos (algo ya advertido), pero la experiencia fue mala. La guía no hablaba español pese a ofrecerse ese idioma; solo alemán y algo de inglés. El capitán, aunque hablaba español, apenas explicaba nada. Pareció inseguro: sin chalecos salvavidas y con el velero muy inclinado. Además, no avisan del frío; muchos iban mal vestidos. En lugar de un paseo tranquilo, pasas el tiempo agarrado para no caer. No lo recomendaría, y menos con niños.

We didn't see any whales (as we'd been warned), but the experience was bad. The guide didn't speak Spanish despite offering to speak it; she only spoke German and a little English. The captain, although he spoke Spanish, barely explained anything. He seemed unsafe: no life jackets and the sailboat was listing heavily. Furthermore, they don't warn about the cold; many people were dressed inappropriately. Instead of a relaxing trip, you spend the whole time holding on to avoid falling overboard. Tuvimos dos aspectos que no cumplieron las expectativas: - La guía de la excursión no hablaba español, cuando supuestamente sí que lo hablaba. Es cierto que el piloto del.barco sí lo hablaba (por cierto, excelente Younes, lo mejor de la excursión!!!), pero la guía no - La excursión decía 4h30m - 5h30m, y duró apenas 3h30m, además que la parte final de la excursión fue a todo correr, como si hubiera prisa por llegar al puerto, cuando según la descripción de la actividad faltaban 1-2 horas

La actividad fue increíble, fuimos con dos chicos uno de ellos que es francés y otro hombre que era español. La experiencia fue un 12/10. Vimos dos especies de delfines y al último delfín se acercaron más hacia las profundidades para poder observarle mejor. Están muy atentos por si quieres algo de beber o si necesitas algo. Carlos est sympathique et cherche à nous inclure dans les conversations. Le capitaine du bâteau qui parle français ne fait pas d'effort de communication, ce qui est dommage. Etant les seuls français parmis des allemands nous nous sommes sentis un peu isolés. Nous avons eu la chance de voir des dauphins. Le repas était bon. Le beau temps n'étant pas au rendez-vous nous ne nous sommes pas baignés. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir découvert la côte, le bâteau reste au large de Morro Jable
