A atividade foi excelente. Porém a troca do ingresso na estacao Central de Nápoles conforme informado no voucher não foi possível. Os postos da Instazione estavam fechados. Somente foi possível fazer a troca no portão de entrada de Pompeia. Tivemos que comprar 2 áudio guias e quando fomos comprar os ingressos, já que não era possível entrar com os vouchers é que a atendente explicou que havia um posto da Instazione no portão mais adiante. The activity was excellent. However, the exchange of the ticket at the Central Station of Naples, as stated in the voucher, was not possible. The Instazione booths were closed. The exchange could only be made at the entrance gate of Pompeii. La visita a Pompeya estuvo muy bien, con el guía Rafael que la hizo muy amena y nos dio buenos consejos. El problema fue con los billetes del tren; nos los dieron equivocados (a una estación más cercana) y a la vuelta tuvimos que abonar nosotros de nuevo el billete. Nos acercamos a las oficinas y no se hicieron responsables porque nuestra compra había sido online.

The visit to Pompeii was great, with our guide Rafael making it very enjoyable and giving us good advice. The problem was with the train tickets; they gave us the wrong ones (to a closer station), and on the return trip we had to pay for the ticket again. Tren y visita por nuestra cuenta con audioguía. El problema es que la audioguía no se descargaba. El código te lo dan en la estación, así que no hay Wi-Fi y sólo se le descargó a una de las tres. Por suerte, pudimos escucharlo. Una sugerencia: enviar código para la audioguía y los tiquets de Pompeya online y no tener que bajar la audioguía por el camino. Train and visit on our own with an audio guide. The problem is that the audio guide wouldn't download. El que se plantee hacer este tour que sepa que es casi imposible disfrutarlo con las altas temperaturas que hay en esta época. Aunque la hora de encuentro en la estación central es a las 8:30, el tour en nuestro caso no comenzó hasta las 11:00 de la mañana, que a esa hora ya hacer un recorrido como ese sin casi ningún lugar para resguardarse del sol es pagar para sufrir. Ni el guía lo disfruta ni nosotros tampoco… esto es algo para hacer en otra épocas del año o al menos NO al mediodía…

Anyone considering this tour should know that it's nearly impossible to enjoy it in the high temperatures at this time of year. Although the meeting time at the central station is 8:30, the tour in our case didn't start until 11:00 AM, and at that hour, doing a tour like that with almost no shade is just paying to suffer. Neither the guide nor we enjoyed it… this is something to do at other times of the year, or at least NOT at midday…
