See the elegance and charm of one of Naples' most exclusive neighbourhoods from the sea on this boat trip along the Posillipo coastline—you'll love it!
Tour Details
At the indicated time, we'll meet in front of the La Bersagliera restaurant, at the feet of the Scale Lucio Dalla. There, after a quick introduction, we'll hop on the boat to set sail along the coast of Posillipo. Let's admire one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods in Naples from the sea!
As we sail, surrounded by history and charm, we'll first admire the area of Santa Lucía, with its stately buildings and the iconic Castel dell'Ovo. This fortress, steeped in legend, will be the prelude to the beautiful scenery that awaits us. We'll follow the contours of the Neapolitan promenade, with Vesuvius in the background.
We'll leave Mergellina behind and head towards the hill of Posillipo, whose name evokes its meaning: "pause of sorrows". Here, you'll be overcome by a sense of serenity as you gaze at the luxurious houses that stand out among the cliffs. We'll pass by the Palazzo Donn'Anna, and the Lauro and Volpicelli villas, settings that look like something out of a romantic film.
Afterwards, we'll arrive at the Baia del Cenito, where, if the weather is favourable, we'll anchor for a dip and a snorkel. After this break, we'll skirt Marechiaro, where we'll see its famous Fenestella and its traditional trattorias, a refuge for poets and dreamers.
We'll end the trip passing through the protected area of Gaiola, where the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea reveal the remains of ancient Roman villas, a unique underwater spectacle!
After a 1.5-hour boat trip, we'll say goodbye at the starting point.
