Did you know that SEA LIFE® Oberhausen was the home of the famous Octopus, Paul, which found stardom predicting the outcome of FIFA World Cup matches? Here, in one of the aquariums, it managed to correctly guess the result of every Germany game during the 2010 World Cup.
You can also walk through the largest aquarium of sharks in Germany via a transparent tunnel. It also includes a small dome which you can put your head in, making you feel like you are swimming in the middle of the aquarium with the creatures. In addition, you can see the youngest species of reef shark in the largest aquarium in the country.
