Island of Krk Tour
At 9 am we'll pick you up from your hotel in Opatija and set off to Krk, the only island in Croatia connected to the mainland.
After an hour's drive, we'll cross the famous and imposing concrete bridge of Krk, one of the longest in the world. Once we get to this golden island, we'll hop off the minibus and start walking through the streets of this city, which is considered by many as the cradle of Croatian culture.
On our tour of Krk, we'll visit the Cathedral of the Assumption, the Church of St. Margaret, the Church of St. Quino, and the Frankopan Castle. Its streets and buildings will take you back to the times of the Roman Empire.
And of course, some of the most popular tourist attractions of Krk are the beautiful beaches and landscapes of vineyards and olive trees on the island. Cameras at the ready!
After our two-hour guided tour, we will hop back on the minibus and head back to Opatija. We'll drop you off at your hotel around 3 pm.
