During the tour, we'll walk through the neighbourhoods of La Loggia and La Kalsa, still bearing the scars left on their streets by the mafia and the Second World War. In addition to learning about the most striking stories of these areas, we'll look at how urban art has been gaining popularity in the capital of Sicily.
We'll see the important work of social criticism carried out by the street art murals and also come into contact with the more traditional Palermo by visiting the Vucciria market, which specialises in the sale of fish.
Our next visit will be to the antiques market in Piazza Marina. We'll see the oratory of San Lorenzo and approach the old port of Palermo to admire the Church of Santa Maria della Catena, from the late 15th and early 16th century. You won't stop taking photos!
