The Philadelphia sightseeing bus, City Sightseeing, makes 26 stops along a route where you can explore the main places of interest in Philadelphia. On board a double-decker open-top bus, you'll learn all about the legendary history of the place where the Declaration of Independence was signed. You'll be provided with headphones to listen to recorded audio commentary about the sights you pass on your journey.
Some of our favourite stops on the route are at The Bourse, the Independence Visitor Centre, next to which you can visit Independence Hall and see the iconic Liberty Bell; the National Constitution Centre, which houses an interactive museum; the architectural gem of City Hall; and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

During the validity time (1, 2, or 3 days), you can hop on and hop off of the buses as many times as you want to discover places like Chinatown, LOVE Park, and even the Rocky steps.
Although you'll be asked for a starting day during the booking process, all sightseeing bus tickets are valid for 12 months from the date you choose in the reservation. During the booking process, we’ll send you a booking confirmation via email that you'll need to show on the first bus you take.
The Philadelphia sightseeing bus operates daily from 9:30 am to 4 pm, and runs every 15 minutes. The complete route lasts 90 minutes.
