Esta actividad, junto al free tour por Lisboa, son las dos que más nos han gustado en todo el viaje. El paseo en trenecito por la ciudad es estupendo. Y visitar la bodega también ha sido muy positivo. Es interesante conocer el proceso de elaboración y fermentación del vino de Oporto. Sin duda un acierto seguro. This activity, along with the free walking tour of Lisbon, were our two favorites of the entire trip. The little train ride through the city was fantastic. La primera parte, recorrido con el tren y visita a las bodegas estuvo muy bien. Además ofrecéis un recorrido en barco. Desde donde nos dejó el tren hasta donde había que coger el barco había una distancia enorme. Además sin unas buenas indicaciones de donde había que tomar el barco. Por lo tanto, la experiencia de añadir el barco no estuvo acertada.

La visita a la bodega no me ha gustado. Dura 10 minutos y además se cobra lo mismo a menores que no toman vino sin darles una alternativa. El tren da igual si tiene guía en español como se ofrecía porque no te cuenta nada.

El audio dwl tren no se oia bien y las explucaciones no iban, por lo que nadie se enteró de lo quevinamos viendo. La cata eran 2 chupitos de vino, literalmente, lo que equivale a un trago. Muy caro para lo que incluye

The audio on the train was terrible and the explanations weren't working, so nobody understood what we were seeing. The tasting consisted of two shots of wine, literally, which is about the size of a gulp. Very expensive for what it included.

Las visitashan estado bien. Ahora creo que se deberían mejorar algunos aspectos de la actividad para que resulte una experiencia 100% recomendable. En primer lugar cogimos la actividad que incluye crucero que indica que puedes elegir cuándo hacerlo pero se debería indicar que debe ser siempre después del día seleccionado el resto de actividades. No se puede adelantar y se debería indicar. Por otro lado , encontrar el embarcadero de la compañía es algo complicado porque no se indica claramente.

The tours were good. Now, I think some aspects of the activity should be improved to make it a 100% recommendable experience. First, we booked the activity that includes a cruise. It says you can choose when to do it, but it should be indicated that it must always be after the selected day for the rest of the activities. You can't go ahead and should be indicated. En el tren no se escuchaba el audio en el segundo vagón, el tren crujía como si fuera a romperse y la información muy escasa, aparte de ninguna ventilación. En la bodega nos juntaron con otros grupos que habían contratado con la bodega directamente y a ellos le dieron a probar un vino más que a nosotros. Respecto al barco no sabíamos que salía de Gaia hasta que terminamos la visita en tren, lo que nos hizo tener que cambiar nuestro lugar para almorzar para contar con el tiempo suficiente.

El tren turístico bien, aunque se oía poco el audio guía debido a la poca insonoridad del tren. La visita a la bodega corta, pero bien explicada por Manuel, y la cata de vinos, más que una cata, parecían 2 chupitos de dos tipos de vinos en copitas minúsculas.

The tourist train was good, although the audio guide was barely audible due to the poor soundproofing of the train. The visit to the winery was short, but well explained by Manuel, and the wine tasting, rather than a tasting, seemed like 2 shots of two types of wine in tiny glasses.

achei boa, mas esperava mais, senti falta de um guia para aconpanhar, achei que ficaria conosco ate o fim do passeio, mas não, tudo é por sua conta, nos compramos com poasseio de barco, me deram o endereço errado do lugar e quando cheguei lá era do outro lado, tudo muito amador...

Cuando lo fuimos a canjear para realizar la excursión nos dijeron que al coger el tren de las 16h después no nos daba tiempo en realizar la excursión del barco, menos mal que nos quedaban días de vacaciones para poder hacer la excursión en barco otro día, sino nos la comemos con papas. Nos dijeron que es un problema de Civitatis que debería de avisarlo. Fuimos a ver los vinos y nos pusieron un vídeo en portugues y con subtítulos en ingles, la reserva la hice en Español, la explicación de la bodega perfecta. Se hizo la ruta de 5 puentes no llegamos al Ultimo y el APP que creo que explicaba la ruta no me funcionó y no habia nadie para preguntar,
