Immerse yourself in the exuberant nature of the Caldera de Taburiente National Park on a hiking tour accompanied by an expert guide.
Caldera de Taburiente Hiking Tour
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at the meeting point of your choice and start this 16-kilometre (9.9-mile) hiking route through the interior of the Caldera de Taburiente. Do you feel like exploring one of the most famous and magical places in La Palma? Let's go!
We'll go by bus to the Los Brecitos Viewpoint, located at an altitude of 1081 metres (3,546 feet). From this point, we'll start walking towards the heart of La Caldera de Taburiente National Park. Steep walls covered with Canary Island pine will accompany us on this first part of the journey.
Our journey will continue as we descend to the bottom of the ravine. During the descent, we'll see the Roque Idafe, a symbol of the park. Once in the ravine, we'll be able to admire the Colores Waterfall, a representative icon of the island where ochre, green and reddish tones are magically mixed to give us an idyllic place.
To put the finishing touch to the route, we'll go along the exit of the Angustias ravine, a point where the flow of water will increase, creating an unforgettable landscape.
Finally, we'll say goodbye at the starting point 6 hours after the start of the activity.
