O guia Guillermo passou 2 vezes o meu cartao para o passeio 4x4 e me deu muita dor de cabeça para cancelar a duplicidade. Alem disso, paguei valor mais alto para buscar e entregar no hotel mas na volta do passeio as 19h o ônibus parou a 100 metros do hotel e tivemos que caminhar na chuva e frio. Um absurdo!!

The guide Guillermo charged my card twice for the 4x4 tour and gave me a lot of headaches to cancel the duplicate charge. Besides, I paid a higher amount for pickup and drop-off at the hotel, but on the way back from the tour at 7 PM, the bus stopped 100 meters from the hotel and we had to walk in the rain and cold. Outrageous!!

Muy bien el servicio y el trato del Personal, lo único que faltó es la parte de la visita a los Saltos del Río Petrohué que no se hizo a pesar de estar incluida en la descripción y el recorrido, por lo demás bien aunque un poco cara teniendo en cuenta que sólo se hicieron los trayectos terrestre y marítimo, no hubo ningún tipo de visitas.

The service and treatment of the staff were very good, the only thing missing was the part of the visit to the Petrohué River Falls, which was not done despite being included in the description and the route. Otherwise, it was good, although a little expensive considering that only the land and sea routes were made, there were no visits of any kind.

La navegación por el lago de todos los Santos muy linda, las vistas del Volcán Osorno y otros volcanes son espectaculares. Villa Peulla es un sitio poco poblado y no hay mucho qué hacer. La opción adicional es el tour en una 4x4 , pero es regular. The navigation on Lake Todos los Santos was very nice, the views of the Osorno Volcano and other volcanoes are spectacular. Villa Peulla is a sparsely populated place and there is not much to do. Fue excelente, nos encantó.. Los paisajes son realmente hermosos y los guías turísticos fueron lo máximo. Solo haríamos una observación y es que deben avisar y/o sugerir que en ciertas temporadas la ropa a usar sea de colores claros! En nuestro caso fuimos con ropa oscura y los Tábanos no permitieron que pudiéramos disfrutar de los paseos por los jardines del hotel, ni del lago del silencio. Translate this opinion into English.

We would only make one observation and that is that they should advise and/or suggest that in certain seasons the clothing to wear should be light colored! O passeio foi lindíssimo, A Villa Peulla parece um conto de fadas. E atravessar o lago até chegar até lá foi uma experiência incrível. Os Saltos Petrohué possuem uma beleza única no mundo! A cor da água verde esmeralda me encantou. A agência foi extremamente desorganizada. Haviam 3 ônibus saindo ao mesmo tempo e acabei entrando no ônibus errado, devido a informações desencontradas dadas pelo guia e pelo motorista. The tour was beautiful. Villa Peulla looks like a fairy tale. And crossing the lake to get there was an incredible experience. The Petrohué Falls are uniquely beautiful! The emerald green color of the water enchanted me. The agency was extremely disorganized. There were 3 buses leaving at the same time and I ended up getting on the wrong bus, due to conflicting information given by the guide and the driver. Em função dos horarios do barco, Petrohue fica muito prejudicado, com somente 35 min. Só para pagar leva muito tempo e o ingresso ao parque, que não é barato, é pouco utilizado, somente por alguns minutos. Chegando em Peulla, para quem não vai fazer atividades extras, 4 horas é muito tempo para ficar la. O almoço é limitado ao unico restaurante, que tambem é caro. Como pegamos um dia muito chuvoso, ficamos em Peulla 4 horas sem ter o que fazer, esperando o horario do barco para voltar.

Due to the boat schedules, Petrohue is greatly affected, with only 35 minutes. Just paying takes a lot of time and the entrance to the park, which is not cheap, is used very little, only for a few minutes. Upon arriving in Peulla, for those not doing extra activities, 4 hours is a long time to stay there. Lunch is limited to the only restaurant, which is also expensive. Nos gustó mucho el tour, bueno el guía al salir de pto varas, solo encontramos poca información en la nevegacion a peulla, como recomendación llevar comida a peulla ya que solo hay 1 restaurant y no es bueno, el precio bastante caro y tuvimos un mal servicio. Maravilloso Tour. Me recogieron en mi alojamiento, en horario indicado. El guía fue excelente, amable y muy atento, durante todo el recorrido en bus nos iba contando cosas del paisaje, datos, y nos indicaba que ver, fue muy informativo y entretenido. Luego el paseo en catamarán por el lago fue excepcional, muy bonito y tranquilo, unas vistas increíbles. Al llegar a Villa Peulla tomé una excursión en 4x4 y fue genial. Fabulous tour, visiting the Petrohue Falls then a boat ride on the Todos los Santos followed by some time in Puella where we were able to purchase a trip on the Rio Negro which I would definitely recommend. Beautiful scenery with a chance to see some rheas and alpacas up close on a visit to a remote farm. An excellent day trip from Puerto Varas.
