La actividad fue muy mal, en la isla Magdalena nos habían dicho que había la mayor colonia de pingüinos magallánicos unas 60.000 parejas, y cuando llegamos a la isla, prácticamente no había pingüinos, y para rematar nos dijeron que no podíamos ir a la isla Marta, porque el tiempo no estaba bien para ir. La verdad, es que me sentí engañado y estafado, me pareció un fraude. Le reclamé al proveedor, que lo lógico era que nos devolvieran una parte de lo pagado, y ni caso, eso es lo que hay.

The trip was terrible. We'd been told that Magdalena Island had the largest Magellanic penguin colony, with around 60,000 pairs, but when we arrived, there were practically no penguins. To top it all off, they told us we couldn't go to Marta Island because the weather wasn't good. Honestly, I felt cheated and ripped off; it seemed like a scam. I complained to the provider, saying that the logical thing would have been to refund part of what we'd paid, but they completely ignored me. That's just how it is.

Destacar que la visita a la isla Marta és totalmente innecesaria, pagar un plus para eso no vale la pena. Apenas 10 Min allí y muy muy lejos de los Leones marinos para verlos de muy lejos amontonado de personas.

La excursión a Isla Magdalena estuvo genial ver a los pingüinos y demás aves en su entorno, y que entorno, único. La segunda isla, isla Marta no fue visitada, y es entendible pues el tiempo no acompañaba y era riesgoso acceder. Lo que no se entiende es que por el precio que se paga para este tour no tenga un plan B para estos casos en los que no se llega a isla Marta. Pues acabamos casi dos horas antes, horas que estaban pagadas. Tener un plan B en este tour me parece imprescindible

The excursion to Magdalena Island was fantastic; seeing the penguins and other birds in their natural habitat was amazing, and what a unique environment it was! We didn't visit the second island, Marta Island, which is understandable given the bad weather and the risk of going there. What's baffling is that for the price we paid for this tour, there's no backup plan for when we can't reach Marta Island. We ended up finishing almost two hours early, hours we'd already paid for. Having a backup plan for this tour is essential, in my opinion.

Durante il viaggio la guida ha ben spiegato le caratteristiche dei pinguini e dei vari uccelli. L'isola è veramente bella, visitarla ne vale la pena! Nota dolente: era previsto passare per l'isola di Marta per avvistare i Leoni Marini (ragione del prezzo più alto) ma "a causa del vento e del mare mosso" non è stato possibile. Siamo rientrati alle 10.30 (la gita doveva terminare alle 12). Ciò che infastidisce è che al nostro arrivo al porto era già pronto un nuovo gruppo per prendere la barca...

During the trip, the guide explained well the characteristics of the penguins and various birds. The island is truly beautiful, it's worth a visit! Downside: it was expected to pass by Marta Island to spot the Sea Lions (the reason for the higher price), but "due to the wind and rough sea" it was not possible. La actividad estuvo bien. Vimos Pingüinos, leones marinos, una ballena, arias aves diferentes y paisajes preciosos. Además Sebastián (guía) dio muchas explicaciones y estuvo atento al grupo. Lo que deja mucho que desear es la organización. Te hacen estar allí a las 6:15 y como solo hay una persona para gestionar el checkin y el pago de mucha gente que reserva a través de otras plataformas y no tiene pagado el tour el bus no sale hasta las 7:40. Me parece una falta de respeto, deberian hacer algo

Experiencia inolvidable. El personal de la lancha amable ,servicial y comunicativo. The bus left on time from the town center meetup place. We were comfortably whisked to the pier, where the powerful speedboat took us to the island rather quickly.
