La experiencia la cancelaron y nadie nos avisó , nos tuvieron esperando , en el servicio de Civitatis tampoco nos apoyaron y no nos dieron respuesta, al final tuvimos que marcar nosotros al proveedor directo , y ellos nos indicaron que se había cancelado y nos movieron a las 3:30 pm , pero nunca nos avisaron nada y Civitatis solo nos dijo que tenían muchas llamadas y no nos apoyaron

The experience was cancelled and no one notified us. We were kept waiting, and Civitatis customer service was also unhelpful and gave us no response. In the end, we had to call the provider directly, and they told us it had been cancelled and rescheduled us for 3:30 pm, but they never notified us of anything. Civitatis just told us they had many calls and offered no support.

The tour is beautiful but you pay for 30 minutes flight , but they cut it to a 19 minutes flight so they save 30% or they overcharge you by 30 % .And of course when after arrival you call and you discuss with the ground staff they can’t really give you an explanation because they do it permanently and probably only a few people complain . So it is much better to avoid this company and make another choice and anyway inquire about real flight duration and exact tour .

El precio de la actividad fue el doble en comparación con lo que cobraban si contratabas con ellos. La indicación del lugar está mal dada y al llegar allí, nadie sabía nada de nosotros. Da la sensación de que van subcontratando la excursión unas empresas con otras y al final eso hace que el precio suba mucho y que el que realmente te ofrece el servicio no tenga ni idea de quién eres ni de dónde vienes. Respecto al Tour ay está bien aunque un poco corto. Lo ideal sería una hora.

Esqueceram a nossa reserva. Ficamos a espera do transporte mais de 1 hora. Chegamos no local do helicoptero temos que aguardar mais 2 horas. Estamos a receber email para falar comp foi a nossa experiência e a nossa experiência ainda nem aconteceu.
