Can you imagine walking through trails filled with century-old cacti? After picking you up at the designated time at your hotel, we'll set off to the highlands of northern Atacama. Ready?
After an approximately 30-minute journey, we'll reach the starting point of the Purilibre Trail. We'll start the hike uphill, venturing into an arid valley filled with rocks and fascinating vegetation, among which enormous cacti stand out. Why does this cactus live for so long? You'll find out!
Before you know it, we'll reach the shores of the Vilama River, a fountain with thermal waters. Once we're there, you can take a dip in these warm waters to relax and refresh your feet before continuing the hike. You'll also enjoy a snack surrounded by this unique environment in Atacama.
