Beautiful vineyards, exquisite wines and ancient bodegas await on our Chianti Wine Tour. You'll taste the most traditional drink from this region and visit Castellina in Chianti and Monteriggioni.
If you want to explore the beautiful landscapes of the Chianti Valley, we'll meet at the designated time at the Siena - Ferrovia stop. From there, we'll begin our tour, enjoying the spectacular Tuscan scenery.
First, we'll stop at a winery for a wine tasting. We'll sample three different varieties, accompanied by a selection of Italian cured meats and typical bruschetta. What a treat!
And, of course, while savoring these delicacies, we'll learn about the different stages the Chianti grapes undergo to create the most perfect wines.
Next, we'll travel to the town of Castellina in Chianti, where you'll have free time to wander its picturesque streets. Afterward, we'll visit the second winery of the day. Here, you'll also have the opportunity to taste different varieties of Chianti Valley wines and some appetizers. We'll also have the chance to taste olive oil.
Finally, we'll visit the beautiful walled town of Monteriggioni, where you can explore its picturesque medieval old town at your leisure.
From this charming town, we'll return to our starting point, concluding this 5-hour tour.
The wine tasting will be conducted in English by the winery staff.
