With these tickets to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, you'll enter a spectacular forest that is home to 16 cascading lakes and almost 100 waterfalls.
Plitvice Lakes Tickets
With this ticket to the Plitvice Lakes, you'll enter a unique natural environment that has become one of Croatia's most famous national parks. Without a doubt, it's a place that seems straight out of a dream.
From the moment you arrive, you'll find yourself surrounded by a forest of beech, pine and fir trees, home to various species of animals, such as wolves, brown bears, lynxes and eagles. It's an amazing paradise!
You can walk along the wooden walkways that wind between 16 stepped lakes and almost a hundred waterfalls and cascades. You'll discover this unique ecosystem of lagoons, where minerals accumulate millimetre by millimetre every year.
The colour of the water changes with the sunlight and the mineral composition. As a result, it shifts between shades of turquoise, emerald green and grey.
Some of the Plitvice Lakes have names that are as unpronounceable as they are special, including Okrugljak, Kaluđerova and Prošćansko jezero. Each one echoes ancient legends that give the park a unique personality. So much so that the nearly 30,000 hectares (74,131 acres) of this enclave have been declared a World Heritage Site.
