On this day trip to the Asinara National Park we'll travel to a paradisiacal island in the north of Sardinia, whose landscapes will captivate you forever!
Tour Details
We'll meet at the indicated time at the dock of Tanca Manna and, from this point of Stintino, we'll set sail in a motorboat to sail to one of the most suggestive corners of Sardinia: the island of Asinara.
About 50 minutes later, we'll arrive at the port of Fornelli. Arriving at this point, located south of the island of Asinara, we'll embark on an exciting minibus tour of the Asinara National Park, ready to discover one of the most spectacular sites in the northern part of Sardinia?
Along this tour, we'll pass by the prison of Fornelli, the fortress of Castellaccio and the beautiful Cala di Sant'Andrea. The next stop will be at the Cala di Sgombro, where we'll try to spot the different species that inhabit this ecosystem. Then we'll go to the La Reale area to visit Campu Perdu, a former prison converted into a riding school.
If possible, we'll visit the Sea Turtle Recovery Center, managed by the C.R.A.A.M.A. Association. The route will then continue to the small village of Cala d'Oliva, where we'll visit its museum.
The last stop will be at Cala Sabina, where you'll have 1.5 hours of free time for lunch, sunbathing, swimming, and snorkeling.
Finally, we'll return by road to the pier of Fornelli to take the boat back to the Tanca Manna Pier in Stintino, where we'll conclude this day trip 8 hours later.
