Personale a bordo molto gentile, disponibile e preparato. Favignana molto bella, l'unico pecco sono i mezzi di trasporto pubblico all'interno dell'isola. Noleggio bici e scooter molto caro e prezzo non esposto fuori. Per il resto tutto eccezionale compresa l'isola di Levanzo. The onboard staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Favignana is beautiful, the only drawback being the lack of public transportation within the island. Salimos puntualmente del puerto y aunque estaba llenísimo el barco INTRÉPIDO en el que íbamos nos hicimos un hueco y nos pudimos sentar. Deberían decir que en las taquillas donde te dan el pase para ir al barco no pone civitatis. El personal del barco muy simpático. El baño frente a la costa de isla levanzo fantástico. En general la experiencia fue agradable, personal y tripulación correctos. Lo que no me pareció justificable es que a la vuelta de la isla de Levanzo tuvimos que volver a la isla de Favignana para recoger a más personas, modo ferri (que no habían participado en la excursión inicial) esto no lo ponía en la descripción de la actividad, he hizo que incrementáramos la hora de llegada a Trapani unos 45 minutos más. La excursión no se hizo en italiano y en inglés como se anuncia. Sólo en italiano y al ser por un megáfono no se entendía para los que no somos italiano parlantes. Por lo demás bien especialmente la visita a Levanzo porque el barco rodeó la isla y vimos sus calas y pudimos bañarnos en sus aguas turquesas, la pena es que no pudimos atracar allí porque se movió mucho viento , una pena

NO es una excursión si no un medio de transporte. En la descripción se indica que, si las condiciones climáticas lo permiten, se hará una parada en una de las calas de Levanzo para darte un baño y NO es cierto: hacía buen día y no se detuvieron para el baño...todos estábamos esperando ese momento porque hacía mucha calor. Tras salir de Levanzo vuelven a Favignana a recoger a más pasajeros, cosa de la que no informan ya que, de haberlo sabido, nos hubiéramos quedado en la playa de Favigignana.

It is NOT an excursion but a means of transportation. In the description it is indicated that, if the weather conditions allow it, a stop will be made in one of the coves of Levanzo to take a bath and it is NOT true: it was a good day and they did not stop for the bath... we were all waiting that time because it was very hot. After leaving Levanzo they return to Favignana to pick up more passengers, something they do not report since, if we had known, we would have stayed on Favignana beach.

Il viaggio è andato molto bene, il personale molto cordiale, siamo rimasti delusi che non è stato comunicato che a Levanto, come da programma non ci sarebbe stata la sosta per fare il bagno in una caletta a causa del forte vento. 3 minuti per due tuffi e tre quarti d’ora in paese ( neanche il tempo di cercare una caletta per farsi il bagno). Siamo tornati a Favignana a recuperare parte dell equipaggio. Se avessimo saputo di questa sosta veloce saremmo rimasti a Favignana a goderci il mare.

The trip went very well, the staff very friendly, we were disappointed that it was not communicated that in Levanto, as planned, there would be no stop for a swim in a cove due to the strong wind. 3 minutes for two dives and three quarters of an hour in the village (not even the time to look for a cove to swim). We returned to Favignana to recover part of the crew. If we had known about this quick stop we would have stayed in Favignana to enjoy the sea.

No se nos informó de la cancelación de la actividad, y tuvimos que realizarla el día siguiente trastocando nuestro itinerario de viaje. En Levanzo no puede ser que 2 ferry’s lleguen a la vez para ir todo el mundo a una cala cercana. Frustró a mucha gente. En Favignana estaría bien que ofrecieran y/ o informaran con antelación de la posibilidad de transporte para poder visitar la isla.

Questa non si può definire un'escursione. Abbiamo preso un traghetto, che tra l'altro sul sito costava neanche la metà di quello che abbiamo pagato su civitatis. Proprio perchè è un servizio traghetti. La zona dove si sono fermati per farci fare il bagno era pericoloso, passavano tutte le barche. Pessima organizzazione e pessimo staff. Un' esperienza che non consiglierei a nessuno.

This cannot be defined as an excursion. We took a ferry, which by the way on the site cost less than half of what we paid on civitatis. Just because it is a ferry service. The area where they stopped for us to swim was dangerous, as all the boats were passing by. Terrible organization and terrible staff. An experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
