Bad, i didnt get the QR-code and i want my money back, I was supposed to enter the park but it never happened because you never gave me the QR-code after i paid, so I want my money back!

J’ai pris des billets le 6 devant le parc à 12h56. Je n’ai reçu que la confirmation de réservation par mail, à l’entrée du parc ils demandent un QR code. J’ai alors eu mon accès refusé au parc, je suis allé demander l’aide du point de service du parc et ils n’ont pas voulu imprimer des billet. J’ai dû alors appeler le service client qui a pris au minimum 30 minutes avant de répondre l’agence devait m’envoyer les billet et tjr rien. Je suis resté jusqu’à 15h à attendre le parc à imprimer les bill

I bought tickets on the 6th in front of the park at 12:56. I only received the reservation confirmation by email, at the entrance of the park they ask for a QR code. I was then denied access to the park, I went to ask for help at the park's service point and they didn't want to print tickets. I then had to call customer service, which took at least 30 minutes to respond, the agency was supposed to send me the tickets and still nothing. I stayed until 3 PM waiting for the park to print the tickets.

This water park is very over rated. The lines were extremely long and tiring.And the rides were kind of childish. The size of it is small for such a big crowd. I will never attend again.
