At the designated time, we'll meet at Via Dianella, 76, to begin this wine experience in Vinci. Once we've all arrived, you'll be greeted by Francesco, head of production and the owner of Fattoria Dianella 1, who will welcome you into the winery. Let's get started!
We'll wander through the rows of vines that stretch across the Tuscan hills, enjoying spectacular views. As we walk, we'll reveal the secrets behind different aspects of the winemaking process, ranging from the grape harvest to the bottling. Did you know that these lands are ideal for producing wine because of their unique climate and soil?
Next, we'll head to the winery's cellars, where we'll learn how every detail is carefully attended to in order to achieve a product of the highest quality.
To end the 2-hour visit on a high note, we'll head over to the wine bar, where the tasting room awaits!
Here, we'll enjoy a guided tasting of 3 local wines, including the well-known Chianti red wine, which is characteristic of this region. The wine tasting will be led by a sommelier and will be paired with some salty aperitifs, such as bruschettas with extra virgin olive oil and other typical products. A true treat for your taste buds!
