At the designated time, we'll meet at the entrance of the Aillwee Burren Experience, a magical place that will amaze you. Once we're all gathered, we'll set off to the Aillwee Cave, one of the oldest caves in Ireland. Ready? Let's go!
For 45 minutes, we'll go on a tour of this tour, enjoying its surprising underground landscapes, which will take us to travel in time to see how the wild nature of the Atlantic has evolved through the centuries. Located in the heart of the state of Clare, the Aillwee Cave houses different galleries, bridges, fascinating formations, and even a frozen waterfall and the bones of the extinct brown bear.
Afterward, we'll go outside and you'll have free time at the Burren Birds of Prey Centre, where you can attend a show of 45 minutes. In this exhibition, you'll learn about these fascinating animals, their way of life, and all the facts about these species. It's an unforgettable moment for the entire family!
You can also make the most of your time to explore the centre at your own pace and enjoy strolling around the area's forests of holly, ash, and hazelnut trees.
To end on a high note, we recommend heading to the farm's store, where cheese from Burren is made, a culinary specialty that you shouldn't miss. You can enjoy a cheese tasting! To wrap up the experience with a sweet ending, you'll also have a fudge tasting included, the most typical desserts of the area.
