Ready to embark on one of the most typical cycling routes in Patagonia? If so, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Bariloche at the designated time. From there, we'll pedal along the classic Circuito Chico, where you'll discover beautiful landscapes.
As we pedal along this 19.88-mile (32-kilometer) route, we'll reach the shores of the Nahuel Huapi Lake, which will accompany us during the first stretch. On this journey, we'll find waterfalls and creeks that wind down the mountain range. You'll be one with the nature of Patagonia!
One of the most special stops on the route will be in front of the Hotel Llao-Llao, whose Alpine-style architecture stands out among the mountainous scenery. From here, you'll take in the scenic views of Cerro LĆ³pez as we ride toward the trails of the Llao-Llao Municipal Park. On this stretch, we'll enter forests of lenga beech and Chilean myrtle, home to a lush native fauna.
The Circuito Chico will also take us to the beaches of Nahuel Huapi Lake. Once we arrive, we'll stop to rest and admire the serenity of the environment.
After this break, we'll hop on our bikes again and pedal in search of the Colonia Suiza, a picturesque town surrounded by mountains. Here, we'll explore its streets filled with rural houses and learn about the traditions passed down from the first immigrants that came from Canton of Valais, in Switzerland's southwest side.
We'll continue our route and make stops at strategic viewpoints, perfect for taking stunning pictures of the views around us.
Lastly, we'll return to the starting point, and then, we'll head to your hotel, where we'll say our goodbyes 3 hours after pickup.
