Travel from the Argentinean town of Bariloche to the Chilean cities of Puerto Varas on this Trans-Andean route. An unforgettable tour through the largest mountain range in South America!
Trans-Andean Bus Trip to Chile
At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from your chosen meeting point in Bariloche and from there, we'll make our way towards Puerto Pañuelo. Ready? Let's go!
Once at Puerto Pañuelo, we'll hop on a catamaran to sail from Nahuel Huapi Lake to Puerto Blest. During the journey, we'll enjoy the impressive landscapes of the forests that surround us.
After hopping off at Puerto Blest, we'll jump on a bus that'll take us to the border of the Frías River to Puerto Alegre. From there, we'll take a spin in another boat towards Puerto Frías. 20 minutes later, we'll arrive at the harbour and carry out the necessary measures to be able to enter Chile via its Andean crossing.
As soon as we cross into the neighbouring country, we'll drive through the Pérez Rosales National Park towards Peulla, while we admire the beautiful greenery of the Andes Mountains. In Peulla, we'll make a short stop for a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants.
Once we've eaten, we'll continue the journey on board a boat on Lake Todos Los Santos towards Petrohué. If we're lucky and if we've enough time, we'll be able to get some amazing views of the Osorno and Tronador Volcanoes, and the Puntiagudo Hill.
We'll continue our tour skirting around Llanquihue Lake until we reach our final destination: Puerto Varas. Finally, after 12 hours together, we'll say our goodbyes back in the centre of the city.
