At 9 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Callao or from the airport and head to Lima for our tour of Chorillos Market.
We'll stroll through the stalls selling fresh fish and typical products such as fruit, vegetables and spices. While we're here, we'll also taste some of these Peruvian delicacies. Afterwards, we'll choose the best quality ingredients for our cooking class with the expert chef.
Next, we'll walk to the cooking class where we'll prepare our ingredients and make some delicious Peruvian dishes. We'll make causa limeña, which has a base of regular or yellow potatoes, ceviche and pisco sour. You'll love this drink, which is typical of Lima and Peruvian culture.
While you cook, you'll look out at wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean. We'll then have a tasty lunch with the dishes we've prepared while admiring the views of Lima Bay.
After lunch, we'll take you back to your hotel in Callao and drop you off at around 2:30 pm.
