Cast your poles and join us on our private fishing and sailing trip from Callao. We'll set sail to El Frontón Island, where we'll try to catch some fish endemic to this part of the Pacific Ocean.
El Frontón Island Private Sailing and Fishing Trip
Our journey across the Pacific Ocean will begin from the dock of the Marina Club in Callao, where we'll set sail at 9 am aboard a comfortable private sailing boat.
We'll sail along the coast of Callao and the district of La Punta towards the Peruvian island of El Frontón, which is a fantastic place to go fishing. During our trip, we'll provide you with the rods, lines, bait and any other necessary equipment for the activity.
If this is your first time using fishing equipment, the crew of the boat will teach you how to use it correctly. You'll soon see that it isn't too difficult and the main thing you'll need is lots of patience as you sail along the Peruvian coastline.
You'll go fishing in an area with fantastic marine biodiversity. If you're lucky, you'll be able to catch a variety of lorna, corvina, snook and anchoveta although there are lots of other species that might nibble on your bait.
During the trip you'll also be able to enjoy the food and drinks you've brought onto the deck of the boat. Our trip will last all day, so we recommend bringing your own food.
At 5 pm, we'll finish sailing around El Frontón Island and arrive back at the starting point in Callao.
What's the boat like?
We'll set sail aboard a 33-foot Rover sailboat with two sails, outboard and inboard engines, a cabin, galley and portable toilet. The boat also has a radio, first aid kit, GPS and life jackets for crew and passengers.
